Flourishing Department of Electronic Telecommunications
Engineering
Established in September 1994, the Department consists of four
departments including Speciality of Telecommunication Technology,
Speciality of Electronic Engineering, Basical Electronic Teaching
and Research Section and Laboratory. It has a teaching and administrative
staff with over 20 members, among whom, 8 persons with the higher
title of a professional post, 1 doctor and 10 masters. the Department
has over 600 students.
The teacher staff of the Department all look upon the responsibility
of "founding a well-known Polytechnic and fostering talent with
high quality" as their own, try to find a new way of vocational
education and have achieved great successes in teaching reformation
and teaching material construction. Initiated by the Department,
the "Sandwich" teaching way integrating with teaching, study and
practice has been highly appraised by the leaders at different levels
and craft brothers, and have got a good effect on teaching.
Five teaching materials which is suitable for vocational education
have been published, the other 5 teaching materials will be published
by the national level publishing house, about 1/3 of the teachers
shoulder the responsibility of compiling the teaching materials.
Some of the key teachers are responsible for 2 projects of civic
level scientific research and 1 project of academic level scientific
research.. 2 achievements were traded in a open occasion in the
High-tech Fare. "Electronic Service Society", a extracurricular
activities group which consists of the Department's students was
well received by a group of various circles and won the glorious
title of Shenzhen Ten Good Societies. Since established, the Department
has provided more than 200 graduates for the cablecasting station,
Tongguang-Beidian, Shenzhen Huawei Telecommunication Company, the
Municipal Center Hospital etc. The graduates were well received
by the employers.

Zhang Yihui, female, master, associate professor, the tutor of
master, born in 1961, graduated from Harbin Industrial University.
At present She is a director of  the
Department . In 1984, she taught in the section of electrician teaching
and researching, Harbin Institute of Technology, then she went to
work for Shenzhen Polytechnic in 1997. She once participated in
developing five scientific and research works as a main member,
such as How To Diagnose The Problem Of The Large Distribution Line
Branch etc, which had been finished satisfactorily and was appraised.
Many kinds of academic publications have published over ten pieces
of her thesis. Courses taught include The Theory of Electrical Engineering
,The Operation Of Electronic Technology, Circuit Analysis, publication
compiled is The Analysis Of Applied Circuit.
Liu Shouyi, male, associate professor, higher engineer, born
in 1947, graduated from the Physic Speciality of Jingxi Institute
of Technology. At present, he is a  deputy
director of the Department. 1989-1995, He was engaged in developing
electronic products in Shenzhen Sag Electronic Company. He presided
over developing many kinds of products. In 1995, he went to work
in Department of Electronic Telecommunications Engineering, Shenzhen
Polytechnic. He was responsible for many provincial level problems
of scientific research and participated in developing over 10 items
of scientific research and products, such as "Display the Chinese
characters and picture on great big screen". More than 10 pieces
of his thesises were published. more than 10 courses taught include
Analysis Of High-frequency Circuit, Digital Electronic Technique
, Microcontrollers' Theory And Application , Theory And Application
Of Programmable Controller , Circuit Analysis etc. Publications
supervised include High-frequency Electronic Technology , Home Theatre
Technology, Digital Electronic Technology etc. He has been engaged
as a member, professional teaching material editorial board, the
electronic information genus of electronic industrial publishing
house and a member, vocational teaching materials experts group
for the speciality of computers and applied electronic technology,
Publishing House of Xi'an university of electronic science and technology.
